Hiking in Parnassos
BOA Base Outdoor Activities goes to Parnassos on a one-day mountain hike in western Parnassos
from Amphikleia to the Monastery of Agia Jerusalem, the chapel of Agios Ioannis Dadios,
Fterolakka and the facilities of the Parnassos National Forest Management Agency.

The program starts on the morning of Sunday 26/11/2023 with the departure
of the minivan from Athens at 07:15 from Doukissis Placentias. Arrival in Amfikleia around 10:00

The route is circular and at the beginning it moves uphill towards the Monastery of Agios Jerusalem
and Fterolakka, then it descends towards Amfikleia. The total length of the course
is approximately 11.5 km with an altitude difference of 560m ascent – descent, lasting approximately 4 ½ hours

At the end of the hike we will go to the central square of the village for food and coffee.
Departure time from Amfikleia 17:00 and return to Athens at 20:00
