Minimum and Maximum Participants: For the activity to take place, a minimum of 5 participants is required. The maximum capacity for each activity is 20 participants per day and per group.
Group Bookings and Special Requests: If you are organizing a group or have specific needs, contact us to discuss how we can tailor the experience to meet your expectations. We are committed to making your adventure enjoyable and well-organized.

Health, Safety, and Participation Guidelines

Health Requirements: All participants must be in excellent health and free from any medical conditions that could impact their participation. Those with cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, or ongoing medical treatments should consult their doctor before joining the activity.
Participation Form: It is mandatory to complete the participation form available on our website. This ensures we have all relevant health information and emergency contacts. Participants must also accept the company’s terms and conditions before the booking is confirmed.
Acceptance of Terms: By submitting the participation form, you confirm that you have read and agree to the company’s policies, including safety protocols, health requirements, and general activity guidelines.

Participation and Safety Rules

Program Changes: Outdoor activities are dependent on weather conditions. Should adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances arise, the program may be modified or canceled to prioritize safety. If necessary, the team may change the meeting time or location for safety reasons, and participants are required to comply. Refusal to follow these changes will result in a participant’s own cancellation.
Participation Tickets: Tickets are valid only for the specific activity and date booked. Activities can be booked up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
Minimum Number of Participants: If the minimum number of participants is not met, participants will be notified in advance and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Participant Responsibilities

Compliance with Instructions: All participants must strictly follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the guides and instructors. If a participant acts in a way that endangers themselves or others, the activity leader reserves the right to remove them from the activity.

Insurance Coverage

We offer optional insurance coverage for participants, provided in accordance with insurance company regulations, to ensure additional protection during the activity.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

At BOA Base Outdoor Activities, we offer flexible cancellation options to ensure the best possible service for both individual and group bookings (groups of more than 4 people). Below are our detailed cancellation and refund policies:

Customer Cancellations (Individual Bookings):

Full Refund: You can cancel your participation up to 96 hours before the scheduled activity to receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made 72 to 96 hours before the activity may be eligible for a 50% refund, depending on the logistics of the activity.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the activity are not eligible for a refund, as resources have already been allocated.

Customer Cancellations (Group Bookings - Groups of more than 4 people):

For group bookings of more than 4 people, cancellations can be made up to 30 days before the scheduled activity to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled activity will not be eligible for a refund, due to the resources already allocated.

Company Cancellations:

If BOA Base Outdoor Activities cancels the activity due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen factors, we will offer:

A full refund of the amount paid, or
An option to reschedule the activity to another date, subject to availability.

Activity Rescheduling:

If participants are unable to attend due to rescheduling by BOA, a full refund will be provided.
Activities may be affected by weather conditions. In the case of extreme weather, safety will be prioritized and you will be notified of any changes promptly.

Minimum Number of Participants:

If the minimum number of participants required for the activity is not met, you will be notified in advance and offered either a rescheduled date or a full refund.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are processed at 100%, subject to the banking system’s processing fees. BOA Base Outdoor Activities is not responsible for, nor will it cover, any bank charges. Participants are responsible for any transaction fees associated with their bank services.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your booking. Our team is here to assist you and adjust to your needs accordingly.

Meeting Point:

Each activity has a designated meeting point, which will be confirmed upon booking. However, for the convenience of the group, meeting points may be adjusted based on weather conditions or logistical factors, ensuring the smooth execution of the activity. We will always communicate any changes in advance and provide clear instructions.
