• Minimum and Maximum Participants: For the activity to take place, a minimum of 5 participants is required. The maximum capacity for each activity is 20 participants per day and per group.
• Group Bookings and Special Requests: If you are organizing a group or have specific needs, contact us to discuss how we can tailor the experience to meet your expectations. We are committed to making your adventure enjoyable and well-organized.

Health, Safety, and Participation Guidelines

• Health Requirements: All participants must be in excellent health and free from any medical conditions that could impact their participation. Those with cardiovascular issues, respiratory conditions, or ongoing medical treatments should consult their doctor before joining the activity.
• Participation Form: It is mandatory to complete the participation form available on our website. This ensures we have all relevant health information and emergency contacts. Participants must also accept the company’s terms and conditions before the booking is confirmed.
• Acceptance of Terms: By submitting the participation form, you confirm that you have read and agree to the company’s policies, including safety protocols, health requirements, and general activity guidelines.

Participation and Safety Rules

• Program Changes: Outdoor activities are dependent on weather conditions. Should adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances arise, the program may be modified or canceled to prioritize safety. If necessary, the team may change the meeting time or location for safety reasons, and participants are required to comply. Refusal to follow these changes will result in a participant’s own cancellation.
• Participation Tickets: Tickets are valid only for the specific activity and date booked. Activities can be booked up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
• Minimum Number of Participants: If the minimum number of participants is not met, participants will be notified in advance and offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Participant Responsibilities

• Compliance with Instructions: All participants must strictly follow the instructions and guidelines provided by the guides and instructors. If a participant acts in a way that endangers themselves or others, the activity leader reserves the right to remove them from the activity.

Insurance Coverage

We offer optional insurance coverage for participants, provided in accordance with insurance company regulations, to ensure additional protection during the activity.
